Wholesale Accounts FAQ:

• Am I eligible for a wholesale account?

  Wholesale accounts are for anyone who resells records, such as record stores, eBay sellers, Amazon sellers, social media sellers, websites, or other sales channels of any type. Anyone can open a wholesale account, and we won't ask you for any paperwork. It's as simple as entering your name and address after you click the button above, and then your wholesale account is instantly activated.

• How long does it take before the wholesale account is activated or approved?

  There is no approval process, no paperwork, no forms - and activation is instant. You can start placing orders in 2 minutes.

• What is the minimum order requirement?

  There is no minimum order. We understand sometimes you may need just one or two items for special orders. We're happy to ship small orders, as often as you like.

• What are the payment options?

  The checkout page accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and all debit cards as well. There are no payment fees of any kind.

• What are the shipping charges?

  We offer FedEx 2day Air at a "flat rate" of $16 per box, up to 24 pounds (that's about 40 standard vinyl records). This special $16 2day Air service is valid to all 50 states. As you add items to your cart, you'll notice the shipping charge for 2day Air remains at $16, until you eclipse 24 pounds and then the shipping will show $32 (because it is two boxes). If you place smaller orders, such as just a few vinyl records, then USPS Media Mail will make the most sense (starting at around $5.50). For international orders, we have a huge FedEx discount and the service is door to door in 2-3 days. Please see the checkout page for the shipping price quote (after you have added items to your cart).

• Will the goods arrive safely?

  We package orders so they can withstand extreme abuse in transit - the absolute best packaging in the industry. All orders come with tracking, insurance and our delivery guarantee - at no extra charge.

• Do we drop-ship?

  Yes - and it's very easy for you: Just place your website order as usual, but on the checkout page change the SHIP TO address (don't worry, this won't affect credit card verification because you aren't changing the BILL TO address). It's that simple - just change the address. Of course, don't change the BILL TO address (only change the SHIP TO address). We also offer a greatly simplified drop ship service for those who want to sell in volume (Amazon, eBay, Discogs, etc.) - in these cases you won't want to waste your time placing orders on our website for each order; you can instead email all of the orders to us.

• Can you drop ship large volumes of boxes daily for my Amazon, eBay, Discogs, etc. marketplaces?

  Yes. We can easily provide you with daily Excel feeds of our inventory data, and you simply provide us with the daily order information in an Excel spreadsheet. We'll ship all orders within 24 hours and email you the spreadsheet with the tracking numbers. We currently have about 20,000 SKU's (CD and vinyl) we can upload to your online marketplace.
