Album Review

Originally released on the Burning Sounds label as "Love is the Question" in 1979. Perhaps it should have been titled "Linval Tames Some Ferocious Rhythms"! Some of the greatest Revolutionaries rhythms from the period are here (many tunes were also voiced by Ranking Dread, Clint Eastwood and many others). Aside from the Revolutionaries-backed songs there's a few other standouts, such as "My Love" on Black Uhuru's "I Love King Selassie" rhythm and "Girl You Are a Cheater" on Johnny Clarke's "Ride On Girl" rhythm (killer!). Rounded out by "Natty is a Righteous Man" on a super-strong rhythm that we can't remember hearing before. Quite an under-rated album, until now (we just rated it!)
